Flavia is the first AI agent that actively participates and completes work live during meetings. So when you are having dicussions with teammates and need some data to back up your decisions, Flavia can pitch in. Simply say ‘Hey Flavia’ and ask her your question. She will think it through, do required analysis, and share her screen with the results, voicing over the explanations. Anyone in the meeting can talk to Flavia - she is not siloed to one member. That means if someone else has a follow-up to your question, they can simply ask. Flavia listens in on the meeting and absorbs information, so it will know how to contextualize its analysis when you ask it questions. When you are happy with the work, say ‘go to sleep’. Flavia will remain in the meeting but will stop actively participating. After the meeting is over, you can find your session analysis saved in the ‘Projects’ tab.

To invite Flavia to your meeting, insert the meeting link when you start the session. Currently Flavia can join Google Meets.
